This is La Sobremesa. Named for the untranslatable Spanish word for the time spent lingering at the table after the meal is done. The part no restaurant can manufacture. The part where strangers become friends and the night takes its own shape.
Every dinner is tied to a Rooted journey. A different chef. A different menu. Every course tells the story of a place we went, a person we met, an ingredient we found. Family style. No pretense. Just good food, good people, and a night you'll remember.
